Where do you ship from?

All orders are prepared, packaged, insured, and shipped out from South Korea.
We use international transportation services provided by FedEx Express, DHL express, ECMS, and Korea Post to deliver across the world.

When do I receive my order?

Your estimated delivery time will be provided at the checkout page before you place your order. You can also see details on our Estimated Delivery Time - Click Here.

Expected delivery is an estimate of when we will attempt delivery of an item based on where it is in our network. This date is not guaranteed and will continue to be updated as your item travels to its destination. Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs and situation.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If customs duty may be charged, a brokerage fee(service fee) will be charged by courier. Fallindesign has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We prepared the package with the best condition for the smooth customs.

Please note that import duties and any other import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service(Standard shipping, K-packet, Express shipping), we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can track your order at HERE- Track my order

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status

Do you ship internationally?

Can I expedite my shipping?

The express delivery service is available when you check out. If you place your order after the cut-off time or at the weekend, then you’ll need to add an additional 1 ~ 3 working days to the delivery timeframe.

Can I expedite my order being shipped to PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipments(Standard shipping) can be sent to PO Boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses

How can I find your international delivery information?

What happens if my things came damaged?

Please reach out to us right away with a photo of the damaged item(s). We'll begin to process a free reshipment for those things for you!

What happens if my package is missing or stolen?

Please make sure to call your local post office or courier service(FedEx of DHL) and provide the tracking number to begin an investigation first. Then contact us and we'll immediately start a formal inquiry with courier service to locate your package.

This process generally takes up to 30 days(Standard Shipping) and usually during this process your courier service will perform the delivery. If this is the case, please do let us know so that we can close the formal inquiry.

If after 30 days and the investigations are still not complete, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. We will however still continue with the investigations to try to ultimately get the things you ordered delivered to you.
